HOW PROMINENTLY YOUR SITE WILL BE LISTED?
Each Xclassified's category list of sites consists of 2 parts (apart banner and text advertisements, block of Xclassified's Recommended Sites):


 Bottom List - the main list of sites. It's a plain list of sites which (1) was included in the directory before the last new rules become effective (until 1 December 2002), and (2) which we finding by ourselves and including in the directory on regular basis.
Top List - the list of sites with reciprocal link to XClassified, which was submited after the last new rules become effective (after 1 December 2002).

The Top List contrary to the Bottom List:
1. Sites in this list are rated. Sites with the new graphical or text recips (these reciprocal link codes has been released and are valid after 28 August 2005), or which contains old but prominent text recips, and which are high quality, popular have a rate=2 (highest); rate of other sites is 1 (lowest).
2. Apart titles, links to sites contains (optionally) descriptions of submitted sites.
3. This is rotating list. For example, suppose your site with rate=1 (lowest) is in the 3-D position from the top in the Top List. After some time this site will be in the 4-D position and so on. After the site reaches the bottom of the Top List, it will be listed in the first position in this list; further position of your site's will be 2, and so on. Algorytm of rotating sites with rate=2 (highest) is similar, but more complex - these sites are listed in the first top positions more frequently.
The Bottom List is not rotating, and sites in this list are not rated.
Newly submited sites are listed in the first top positions of the Top List regardless of their rating.
Sites with rate=2 (highest) by special algorytm are listed more frequently in the first top positions.
